TE:IS CAUSE coming before the Court on the Defendants' Motion
to Vacate and/or New Trial, after argument of counsel, the Court
being fully advised in the prenises, it is hereby
ORDERED AidD ADJUDG~D :
1. Defendant, CLYDE CALDWELL is ordered to post a cash bond
in the amount of $8,800:00 with this Court by 9:00 o'clock a.m.,
Monday, December 22, 1980. Upon posting of the Bond. this
Court will set Defendants' i4otion for hearing.
2. If said Bond is not duly posted, the Defendants' Motion
to Vacate and/or New Trial is DEriIED and the Writ of Execution
may issue immediately.
3. Defendant CKUCK BEVINS is dismissed as a party to this
motior~, ar:d counsel Charles Stone and Michael Lesniak of Lesniak
and James are ordered to withdra~a as counsel for C~:UCK BEVINS
as of this date.
4. The Writ of Execution on the judgment in thi.s cause ~ay
issue iTmnediately as to Def endant CHECK BEVII~S .
