DURABLE FAMILY POWER OF ATTORNEY
STATUTE 709.08
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that this Durable Family
Power of Attorney shall not be affected by disability of the
principal except as provided by statute, and that I,
JAMES HIMONAS, 2511 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450,
do hereby appoint my son; JAMES HIMONAS, .?R., 1155 Sunset Hills
Road, Los Angeles, CA 90069, my attorney, for me and in my
name and as my act and deed to do and perform the following:
(a) to ask; demand, sue for, collect, recover and receive
all sums of money, debts, dues, accounts, interests, dividends,
and demands whatsoever as are now or shall hereafter become
due, owing, payable or belonging to me, and to have, use and
take all lawful ways and means in my name or otherwise for
the recovery thereof, and for acquittances or other sufficient
discharges for the same; (b) to make, seal and deliver, to
bargain, contract, agree for, buy, sell, mortqage, hypothecate,
and in any and every way and manner deal in and with choses
in action or possession and all other property, real, personal
and mixed, and to release mortgages on lands or chattels,
and to make, do and transact all and every kind of business
of what nature and kind soever; (c) to s~gn, seal, execute
and deliver and acknowledge such deeds, conveyances, leases
and assignment of leases, covenants, indentures, agreements,
mortgages, hypothecations, bills, bonds, stocks, notes,
checks, securities, receipts, evidences of debt releases,
and satisfaction of mortgages, judgments and other-debts,
and such other instruments in writing of whatever kind or
nature as may be necessary or proper in the premises; and
(d) to prepare and execute income tax returns and act in
connection with any audit of any income tax return by n.e
