heretofore or hereafter signed, in connection with which
my said attorney is specifically authorized and empowered to
enter into agreements of settlement, receive and cash checks
representing overpayment of taxes and otherwise perform and
do all acts and things which I might do or perform if personally
present. GIVING AND GRANTING unto JAMES HIMONAS, JR., said
attorney, full power and authority to do and perforn all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present, I
hereby ratify and confirm all that he, said attorney, shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
