ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of JOHN M. STENE for the appointment of a
guardian of the person and property of JOHN R. SHADER, coming on
this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that said per-
son is incompetent because of paralysis of the right side and
aphasia caused by stroke and that it is necessary for a guardian
to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully
advised; it is
ADJUDGED that JOHN M. STENE is hereby appointed as guard-
ian of the person and property of JOHN R. SHADER, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said JOHN M. STENE is required to
file a bond in the amount of ~,,Q~r ~~ payable to the

Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in office,
conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by the guard-
ian, according to law.
