of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE.
Notwithstanding any provision of this mortgage, or the
note secured hereby, to the contrary, the indebtedness
evidenced by said note shall become due and payable
simultaneous with any conveyaace of the lands encumbered
hereby unless the Mortgagee approves in writing to the
Mortgagor any assumption of ~said note and mortgage,
which said Mortgagee has the option of approving or
disapproving.
