Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared,
GERTRUD LUEDEKING, who being first duly sworn by me, did on oath
depose and says:
1. That my name is GERTRUD LUEDEKING; that my husband
WERNER LUEDEKING, and I acquired title to the following described
property on December 13, 1973, by Warranty Deed recorded under
Clerk's File No. 276601 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1708, Port Saint Lucie
Section 31, Plat Book 14, Page 22, Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida .
2. That prior to the acquisition of the above property
my husband and I were married to each other and were continously
married to each other without interruption until the date of his
death on April 15, 1974.
3. That at the time of his death, my husband WERNER
LUEDEKING, was not a citizen or resident of the Jnited States of
America but was a citizen and resident of Nicaragua.
4. That at the time of my husband WERNER LUEDEKING'S
death he did not have a gross estate situated in the United States
of America of $60,000.00 or more, and the real property described
hereir~above was the only property of any kind owned by my husband
