Point of Beqinning; thence continue North 100 feet; thence run West at right
anqle 140 feet; thence run South alonq Northerly extension of West line of
said Lot 3 a distance of 100 feet; thence run East 140 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

in the first mortgaqe shall be deemed to and shall constitute a default in
this mortgage, and in the event therebf the holder hereof shall have the right
to place the first mortgage in qood standing and to add the cost and expense
thereof to the principal balance of this mortgage, without waiving the default
in this mortgage.
