FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 9th day of December, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1._ The marriage between VERNON EUGENE ROBERSON and RUTH
ROBERSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. By appropriate instrument VERNON EUGENE ROBERSON
shall convey to RUTH ROBERSON, any right, title or interest he may
have in and to the 1979 Chevrolet automobile now in the possession
of the Wife, and the license plate therefor.
3. By appropriate instrument RUTH ROBERSON shall convey
to VERNON EUGENE ROBERSON any right, title or interest she may have ~
in and to the 1971 Ford Pickup truck now in the possession of the
Husband, and the license plate therefor.
4. The Husband, VERNON EUGENE ROBERSON, shall have the
exclusive ownership and possession of the 1979 Aqua Sport 17'6" boat
with 115 h.p. outboard motor and trailer, subject to the lien thereon
~ held by Sun Bank of St. Lucie County; that the Husband shall pay said ~~
