any document necessary to transfer title thereof to the Husband.
5. The Husband, VERNON EUGENE ROBERSON, shall repay
to the Wife, RUTH ROBERSON, the sum of $683.47 borrowed by the Wife
from C.I.T. Corporation with which to make three payments on the
boat above described.
6. The Wife, RUTH ROBERSON, shall have the exclusive
possession and ownership of all the furniture, furnishings and
appliances now in the marital dwelling located at Route 1, Box 90,
Waters' Subdivision, in St. Lucie County, Florida, except the personal
effects of the Husband, his tools and loose lumber, and any furniture
owned outright by the Husband and brought into the marriage by him.
7. -Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, molesting, harassing or using physical violence
on the other. All and singular the sheriffs of the state of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to either party as may be
necessary in insuring the compliance with this order by both parties
without further order of this Court.
8. Each of the parties shall be responsible for and pay
their own attorney's fees and costs herein.
9. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
