It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between MARY ANN RAYWOOD and WALTER RUSSELL RAYNOOD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTORATION OF NAME: MARY ANN RAYWOOD be and she is hereby authori2ed to assume her former name of MARY ANN WOJCIECHOWSKI and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 3. PROPERTY: That the parties have agreed upon distribution of the property; that the special equity of the husband has been awarded to the wife as lunp sum alimony. 4.
