FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the lOth day of December, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LOLA MARIE
PRICE and BILL WILLIAM PRICE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arrising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. It is hereby determined that the Wife has a
special equity in the following described real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 15, Block 13, SILVER LAKE PARK ADDITION as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 8
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Pursuant to this finding, the Husband is hereby ordered to convey all
right, title and interest to said real property by a good and sufficient ~
deed of conveyance to the wife within ten days of the entry of this
Final Judgment. Should the Husband fail to execute said deed of con-
veyance to the Wife, this Final Judgment shaZ3 serve to convey all
right, title and interest in and to the above-described real property
to the Wife.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interferring with, harrassing or annoying the
other.
