4. ATTORNEYS FEES. The Husband shall pay a final attorneys
fee of $250.00 and the costs of this action in the sum of $42.00 to
the Wife's attorney of record, FEE, KOBLEGARD & TEEL, P.A., within
thirty (30) days of the entry of this Final Judgment.
5. NAME CHANGE. Petitioners former name is restored and she
shall be known as LOLA MARIE ROGERS hereafter.
6. RESERVATION OF JURISDICTION. Except as to the Dissolution
of Marriage granted in this Judgment, this Court specifically reserves
jurisdiction to enforce this Judgment. Further, both parties are
ordered to take whatever action is reasonable and necessary to, and
conduct themselves in a manner conducive with, caring out the intent
and purposes of this judgment. ~
/DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
