O R D E R
V;-
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the ~a day of December,
1980, before this Court upon the Petition of DORY LYNN SHORT, for temporary
relief under her Amended Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the
Court finding that the Petition is sworn to, and the Court having heard
the sworn testimony of the Petitioner, and the Court having examined the
sworn Petition, and finding that based upon the testimony of the Petitioner
that the Petitioner is financially unable to post a bond for a temporary
restraining order and injunction without notice, and the Court further
finding that based upon the testimony of the Petitioner, that the Petitioner
is in fear for her physical safety and her life and for the safety and
lives of the minor children due to the violent nature of the Husband,
MICHAEL L. SHORT, and that the Wife is in fear that the Husband will attempt
to remove the children from the Petitioner's care and will take the, -
children out of the State of Florida and that the children's safety and
lives wQuld be in jeopardy if the Husband did obtain custody of the children,
and the Court further finding based upon the testimony of the Wife that the
Wife does not know the-present whereabouts of the Husband, and the Court
finding that it would be in the best interest of the children for this
Court to enter a temporary Order, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1). That MICHAEL L. SHORT, be, and is hereby ordered enjoined
and restrained from harassing, abusing, assaulting, molesting, interferring
