or otherwise bothering DORY LYNN SHORT and the minor children who are in
the custody and/or care of DORY LYNN SHORT, to wit: D~ANNA SHORT and
JACOB SHORT, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and his authorized
deputies, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce this restraining order
without further order of this Court and to take MICHAEL L. SHORT into
custody ~f he should violate this Order to incarcerate MICHAEL L. SHORT.
(2). That MICHAEL L. SHORT, be, and is hereby ordered enjoined
and restrained from removing the minor children, DEANNA SHORT and JACOB
SHORT, from the care of the Petitioner or her designated caretaker, and
MICHAEL L. SHORT, be, and is hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from
removing the minor children, DEANNA SHORT and JACOB SHORT, from the County
of Saint Lucie, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and the several
Sheriffs of the State Qf Florida, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce
this restraining order without further order of this Court and if
MICHAEL.L. SHORT should violate this restraining order, to take MICHAEL
L. SHORT into custody and to incarcerate said MICHAEL L. SHORT.
(3). That this Court expressly retains jurisdiction of this
cause to enter such further Orders as this Court may deem necessary, just
and proper.
