O R D E R
This matter coming on on the Petitioner's Motion for Temporary
Relief, the Court having considered the sworn petition ex parte,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The mother, EL LEN SHAW (FORD) SUTHERLAND, is enjoined and
restrained from removing the child from the custody of the father,_
pending further order of the court.
2. The father, WILLIAM KEITH FORD, is enjoined and restrained
from removing the child from St. Lucie County without further Order
of the Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this 19th day of December, 1980.
