defendant.
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF T~IE NINETEENTN
JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
CASE N0. 80-1293 FR - Judge Sharp
ORDER
This cause came before the court on the motion of defendant, WILLIAM
D. RILEY, to dismise both Count I and Count II of plaintiff's Complaint
for lack of ~urisdiction. The court finds that the court of original
jurisdiction is the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, where the parties
were divorced on May 30, 1979. Ttoreover, the Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage, that incorporated the parties' separation and property
settlement agreement and addendum thereto, retained 3urisdiction. Based
upon these findings and other evidence presented, it is
ADJUDGED, that plaintiff's complaint is dismissed in its entirety
because this court does not have jurisdiction to determine this cause.
