Thia cauae came on before the Court on Notice of Hearing on all pending
Motione aad Petitions and partiea being preaent with counael announced that the
parties were in agreement and acting to the beat interest of the child of the partiea
and the Court being fully advised therein thereupon
IT IS HERSBY CONSIDBRED ORDSRED AND ADJUDGBD:
1. That the need and basi8 for holding DBNNIS LEB LOHR in conte~t
of Court under the Court~e Order of January 28, 1980 hae been relieved and therebq
the Order of Contempt is herebq vacated.
2. That DSNNIS LBE LONR ahall euecuted and furniahe to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County a nee exeat bond of $1,000.00 assuring and
aecuring to the Court and YVONNE pYKg LpHR ,1A(~C90N hia performance of and adherence
to the vieitation rights hereinafter provided.
3. That upon said bond being poated, DffidNIS L88 LOHR ehall have the
right of visitation with the minor child, RFANNON LESLIS LOHR beginning Sunday
next from 1;00 o:clock P. M. to 6;00 o:clock P.M. and thereafter on either Saturday
or Sunday of each succeeding weeka from 9:00 0' clock A. M. to 6;00 o~clock P. M.
for a three month period, pending further prder of the Court or agre~ent of the
~ parties, that the

parties may re-negotiate the time and days of viaitiation after three m~nths from
date.
4. That both parties are admoniehed and enjoined against euploitation
of the child which ehall include a special effort toward rebuilding the parent imagine
in the child.
5. That the father ehall continue weekly support paymenta in accordance
with the Final Judgment with the added proviaion that clothing purchaeed for the
child ahall be the property of the child and traneferrable with the child.
6. That the father shall have the right to have the minor child viait
him Chrietmas Eve 1980 from noon until 9:00 o'clock P.M.
