THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned ex parte upon
the joint request of the parties herein for entry of an order continuing
the above-entitled matter and being advised of no opposition thereto and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is according,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Pre-trial Conference originally
scheduled herein for December 18, 1980, at 9 a.m., is rescheduled to
JanuarY 13, 1381, at 9:00 AM , and that the trial herein previously
scheduled for a jury docket commencing.on January 5, 1981, is rescheduled
for the jury docket commencing on JanuaYy 19, 1981, at 9:30 A.M. .
