SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the Complaint, Pleadings, Discovery, and Affidavits filed
by the Plaintiff, and finding that it has jurisdiction of the parties
and that there is no issue as to any material fact and that the Plaintiff
is entitled to a Summary Final Judgment as a matter of law against the
Defendant, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC., a Florida corporation, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That the Plaintiff, RUSCO INDUSTRIES, ZNC., d/b/a RUSCO
HILITE, a foreign corporation, have judgments zgainst the Defendants,
CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC. a Florida corporation, in the sum of eleven
thousand, seven hundred and thirty-six dollars and sixty-two cents,
($11,736.62), with interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18$) per annum
($5.79 per day) from May 2~, 1980, and costs of the suit in the amount
of thirty-nine dollars, ($39.00), for all of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED thi ay of December, A. D., 1980,
at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
