FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come on for trial the 7th day of October, 1980,
and the parties being present and making certain agreements and
stipulations as to property settlement and child custody, and the
Court having qiyen full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between EDWARD S. [~IOUTERS and
ELIZABETH K. WOUTERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. That because the parties are giving great weight ~
to the expressed wishes and desires of the minor children, that the
minor child, RICHARD A. WOUTERS, age 15 years, shall be in the care
and custody of the Wife, and the minor child, DANIEL J. WOUTERS, age
10 years, shall be in the care and custody of the Husband. That a
change in the wishes or desires of either child as to where custody
should lie in the future shall be considered a-- '~
by the Court if the matter were to come
back to the Court.
