7. Neither party shall permanently remove the minor child in
that party's custodial care from the State of Florida without the
written consent of the other party or Order of this Court.
8. The parties shall comply with the oral stipulation relating
to the following described property:
Lots 10 and 11, Block l, Wagner Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in the public
records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
which stipulation is:
(a) That the Wife shall have exclusive use and possession of the
home for ninety (90) days and during that period shall have the right
to buy the Husband's interest in the home and property, including all
furniture, fixtures and appliances located therein, for the sum of

Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars, payable within said ninety days. #

In the event the Wife exercises this right and purchases the property, `
the Husband shall sign any and all appropriate and necessary instru-
ments in order to transfer the property to her free and clear of any
liens and encumbrances resulting from his actions.
(b) In the event the Wife does not exercise her right to purchase
the marital home and property, the Husband shall have the right to do so
by payment to the Wife within ninety (90) days from the date he is
advised that she is not exercising her right, for the sum of Twenty
Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars in cash. In the event the Husband
exercises this right, the Wife shall have thirty (30) days from the
date of closing in which to vacate the premises.
(c) In the event neither party is able to purchase the property, `'~
the parties agree that the property shall be sold at a price to be
agreed upon by them, but if they are unable to agree on a price that
the price shall be a net to them of Forty Thousand ($40,000.00) Dollars.
In the ~vent the property fails to sell for a price which would result
in a net to them of $40,000.00 within ninety (90) days, either party
shall have the right to submit an offer from a third party or from
themselves for the acquisition of the property or the other's interest ,
in it. The other party shall then have the right to purchase the property ~
by paying to the offering party a sum equal to that which the offering ~
party would receive based upon the offer made.
