9. That any furniture not presently divided shall be divided
pursuant to the list agreed upon by the parties and signed by them.
10. That the Husband's claim of an interest in the separately
held property of the Wife, set out in Paragraph 9 of the Husband's
Counterclaim, is denied.
11. That the parties shall each bear their own attorney's
fees and costs in this matter.
12. That the Husband shall transfer to the Wife any and all
interest in the automobile owned jointly by them but utilized by the
Wife.
13. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One
Hundred Thirty ($130.00) Dollars to equalize a division of jointly-
held cash.
14. JurisBiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry ~f such further orders as may be proper.
Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of any future
pleading to the address required to be supplied to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction be invoked in
this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by certified mail, return
receipt requested, addressee only, to the opposing party; and which
shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date thereof in which
to file a responsive pleading.
