KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That DI GIORGIO CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by TEN MILE CREEK GRO\1ES,
INC. to Di Giorgio Corporation, bearing date of June 20', 1972, and_recorded in
Official Records Book 203, Page 2458, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum
of ~WO MILLION ONE HITNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100ths
Dollars and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County, described as follows, to-wit:

Robert Di Giorgio and N. P. Adler well known to me to be the Chairman of the Board
and Secretary respectively of Di Giorgio Corporation and that they severally
acknawledged executing the same in the presence of two subscribing witnesses freely
and voluntarily under authority duly vested in th~ by said corporation and that the
seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said corporation.
