is hereby acknowledged, ORION ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,
INC., a Florida corporation. hereby agrees to accept all the
benefits and all of the duties, responsibilities. obligations
and burdens imposed on it by the provisions of this Declaration.
