Plat Book 18, Page 11, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This Deed is given subject to reservations, restrictive covenants,
easements of record, applicable governmental regulations, plannin~ and
zoning ordinances. It is agreed that the above described property
shall be used for the construction and maintenance of a medical office
building for the care and treatment of hwnan beings, and parking
facilities incidental thereto~ specifically excludinR a commercial
laboratory and commercial x-ray; that the building constructed thereon
shall be used solely as offices of Grantee for a two to three man
practice, and shall be used solely for offices of physicians,
podiatrists~ dentists or other members of the medical profession who
are members in good standing of the medical staff of HCA's or its
subsidiary's nearby hospital and the employees of such individuals;
these covenants shall run with the land and shall be binding until
such ti~e as HCA or its subsidiaries cease to operate the acute care
hospital described herein.
