and Garnsihee, SOUTHEAST FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, by and
through their undersigned attorneys, and hereby stipulate
and agree that the Writ of Garnishment heretofore served -
upon the Garnishee, be dismissed and dissolved, and that the
Clerk of t:;e Court be Ordered to remit to DONALD M. MIDDLEBROOKS,
as attorney for Garnishee, SOUTHEAST FIRST NATIONAL B11NK OF
MIAMI, the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00), held by the Clerk
of the_Court in the registry of this Court, as and for a
reasonable attorneys' fee.
