STIPULATION FOR CANCELLATION OF PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
AND REMOVAL OF ACTION FROM TRIAL CALENDAR
The parties to this action, by and through their respective
undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the pre-
trial conference in this action presently scheduled for
December 23, 1980 should be cancelled and the action should
be removed from the trial calendar presently scheduled for
January 5, 1981. As grounds for this Stipulation, the parties
represent to the Court that the parties need further time to
finalize settlement negotiations which are in progress and
which are near completion. It is contemplated by the parties
that a settlement agreement will be finalized shortly providing
for the transfer of the property to a third party purchaser under
certain terms and conditions which remain to be resolved. As
part of this Stipulation, the parties further agree that in the
event that settlement negotiations fail, either party may renotice
the case for trial at anytime and move to set a pre-trial
