1. The pre-trial conference presently scheduled for
December 23, 1980 is hereby cancelled.
2. This action is hereby removed from the trial docket
presently scheduled for January 5, 1981.
3. In the event of the failure of settlement negotiations,
either party may at any time notice the case for trial and move
for an order setting a pre-trial conference.
