SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made and entered into this ~A~
day of December, 1980, by and between Rebus, Inc., a Delaware
corporation with a mailing address of P.O. Box 391, Ashland,
Kentucky 41101 (hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR"), and
Barnette E. Greene, Jr. and Hariot H. Greene, of 4855 16th
Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 (hereinafter referred to as
"GRANTEES").
WITNESSETH: That GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other qood and valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by GRANTEES, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, barqain and
sell unto GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns forever, an
undivided one-half interest each as tenants in common in and to
the following described land situate in St. Lucie County,

SUBJECT TO: any and all (i) zoning, buildinq, land use or
other laws, ordinances, rules or requlations, and (ii)
easements, rights of way, restrictions, reservations,
encumbrances, conditions, agreements, leases or other
matters of record.
Being a part of the property conveyed by that certain
Special Warranty Deed dated December 10, 1976 from Cushman
S. Radebaugh & Sons, Inc. to Rebus, Inc. and recorded at
O.R. Book 267, page 2679, St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEES in fee simple.
GRANTOR, for itself and its successors and assigns, does
hereby reserve a permanent, non-exclusive easement across the
west sixty (60) feet of that portion of the South ~ of Section
13 lying north and east of the right of way of the Florida Turn-
pike for the purposes of ingress to and egress from the North
