HomeMy WebLinkAbout1395,~ The Maker, end~rsers, sureties, quarantors and all other parties now or hereafter liable hereon, waive presentment, demand for payment, protest and notice of dishonor and consent that the Payee or any holder of this Promissory Note shall have the right, without notice, to deal in any way at any time with any party hereto or to grant to any such party any extensions of time for payment of any of said indebtedness or any other indulc~ence or forbearance whatsoever, or may release any of the security for this Note without in any way affectinq the liability of any party hereunder. This Note and the rights, duties, obligations and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be qoverned by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. rnette E. Greene,~ DEFEASANCES If the MORTGAGOR shall well and truly pay and discharge at maturity thereof the principal and interest of the entire indebtedness secured hereby and sha~l well and truly perform all of the covenants and conditions herein contained, then, in that event, this Mortgage shall be released in due form at the MORTGAGOR'S expense. COVENANTS OF MORTGAGOR MORTGAGOR for itself, its heirs and assigns, covenants and agrees with MORTGAGEE as follows: 1. That MORTGAGOR is indefeasibly seized of the Premises in fee simple and has the full power and lawful right to mortgaqe and encumber the same, that the Premises are free from all encumbrances except as set forth in that Special Warranty Deed of even date herewith by which MORTGAGEE has conveyed the Premises to MORTGAGOR and that the MORTGAGOR, except as noted above, does fully warrant the title to the Premises and will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. 2.
