of the Premises, the MORTGAGEE shall have the right to be a
bidder and purchaser at such sale.
If the note and Mortgage or either of them shall be placed
in the hands of any attorney for collection or foreclosure, or
if MORTGAGEE voluntarily or involuntarily becomes or is made a
party to any suit or proceedinq relating to the Premises or to
this Mortqaqe or said note, MORTGAGOR shall reimburse MORTGAGEE
for its reasonable attorney fees, costs, and expenses of
procuring abstracts or other evidences of title and title
insurance in connection therewith.
The owner and holder of the note secured by this Mortgage
is Rebus, Inc., a Delaware corporation, whose mailing address is
P.O. Box 391, Ashland, Kentucky 41101.
The unenforceability or invalidity of any one or more of
the provisions herein contained shall not render any other
provision herein contained unenforceable or invalid.
