25 as described. Grantor reserves the right to transfer a non-
exclusive easement over said property to other parties.
Th1s conveyance is subj ect to all reservations of oil, gas and
minerals-now outstanding of record agsinst the property, it being
the intention hereby to convey all of such rights that the Grantor
owns at this time, or may acquire in the future~ over the above
described lands.
Subject to a Purchase Money Mortgage from the Grantor to Rebus, Inc.
in the amount of $472,000,00. The Grantee, upon the recording of
this Deed, does hereby a gree to pay 400/472 of said Mortgage and
Promissory Note, a~d shall hold the Grantor harmless from any and
all further liability under that proportionate share of the
Mortgage.
