personal repres~ntative of the decedent's estate and is en-
titled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because she is the named personal representative under CLAUSE
V of decedent's Last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are: Real and personal property having a value of
over $100,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paraqraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
February 9, 1979, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State
of Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate of
. said decedent according to law, and that she hereby designates
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
whose residence is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as
her aqent or attorney for se~vice of process in any suit or
action against her in her representative capacity, or per-
sonally if such personal action accrued in the administration
of this estate.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will be
admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the estate of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DBCLARE THAT I HAVE
READ THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST
OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF.
