St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and petitioner's post office address
is the same.

2. That ANGELA THERESE MANNING is an incompetent, whose
date of birth was November 2, 1980, who is five (5) weeks of
age, and who has no social security number. The residence of
the incompetent is 102 Tunison Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida
33452, and the post off ice of the incompetent is the same.
3. The nature of the incompetent's inc~pacity is that
she is of minor age.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person be
appointed for the incompetent.
