The petitioner, DOROTHY C. WILLIS, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as one of
the persons entitled to the estate of OLIVE MARGARET CARIS, a/k/a
OLLIE CARIS, Deceased. Petitioner's name and address are set
forth in Paragraph 3 below and the name and address of petitioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, OLIVE MARGARET CARIS, a/k/a OLLIE CARIS,
whose last known address was 111 North 16th Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and, whose age was 66, and whose social security
number is 419-16-7363, died on November 3, 1980 at Fort Pierce,
Florida, and at the.ti.me of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
