4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County at the time of her
death.
5. DOROTHY C. WILLIS, whose address is set forth in
Paragraph 3 above, and who is qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve as personal representative of Decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representative because she is the person chosen by a majority of
those entitled to the above estate to act as such.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
