The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
Administrator C.T.A, in the domiciliary estate in the County of
Mecklenburg, State of North Carolina. Petitioner's name and address
and his attorney's name and address are set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, GEORGE T. DAVIS, whose last known address
was 5828 Ruth Drive, Chsrlotte, North Carolinia died on July 13,
1980 at Charlotte, North Carolina, and at the time of death decedent
was doniciled in the County of Mecklenburg, State of North Carolina.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, and the age of any who
are minors, are:
