6. To the best knowled~e of the petitioner, the value
of the entire estate sub~ect to administration in this state does
not exceed $25,000.
7. The estate if not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed as follows:

in Plat Book 11, page S of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10. An exemplified copy of the decedent's will dated
November 26, 1979 accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's.will does not direct adninistration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets of the estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this
petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing~and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
