C. 28215 ASSETS: Lot 3, Block 42, UNIT 5, LAKEWOOD PARK St. Lucie County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 11, page S of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10. 10. An exemplified copy of the decedent's will dated November 26, 1979 accompanies this petition. 11. Decedent's.will does not direct adninistration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be entered directing distribution of the assets of the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this petition.
