ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of ROBERT W. DAVIS for Sum~nary Administration
of the estate of George T. Davis~ a/k/a George Thomas Davis,
deceased, the court finding that the decedent died on the
13th day of July, 1980; that all interested persons are receiving
their proper share under the Will; that the material allegations
of the petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration
should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Will bearing date
of November 26, ~979 and attested by Marion Tyner Whittle and Coleman
William Ward, Jr. as subscribing and attesting witnesses is admitted
to probate according to law, as and for the last Will of the
decedent.
ADJUDGE FURTHER, that there be ir~mediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of decedent's
estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to receive and
collect the sarae, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
ADJLIDGE FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
property of the decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered
