ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPY
OF WILL TO RECORD
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of ALMA M. MERKEL, deceased,
having been duly admitted to probate and record in the town of
Trenton. County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, a Court of probate
jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the decedent
complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and that
it devises real property located in this County owned by the decedent
at the time of her death; said property described as:
Lot 9, Block 43, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25, a Sub-
division according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Pages 32 and 32A through 32I of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
Petition to Admit Will to Probate and Order Admitting Wil1 to Probate
in the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein
by the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and
Testament of AL:~1A M. 1-IERKEL, deceased, dated April 3, 1979, is admitted
to probate according to law as and for the Last Will of the decedent.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
