2. KELLIE NICOLE ASHLEY is an incompetent whose date
of birth is March 1, 1968, who is 12 years of age, and whose
social security number is ~ V/- 8 3•`7 33 y,
The residence of the incompetent is 951 Fra-Mar Place, •
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the post office address of
the incompetent is P. O. Box 2101, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454.
3. The nature of the incompetent~s incapacity is
minority.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the property of
the incompetent be appointed.
5. The approximate value and description of the
incompetent's property are:
Proceeds from the estate of Carol Ashley, Deceased,
consisting of a one-half interest in purchase money
mortgage relative to the sale of property and answering
service located in Orange County, Florida, together
s with miscellaneous personal property having a value
of approximately $166.66, for a total value of
