8. That the natural mother of MICHAEL SHANE.McNEILL, has
consented to the appointment of EDWART T. McNEILL as Guardian of the
property of said minor, said Consent being attached 2~ereto and made a
part hereof as Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner requests that he be appointed
Guardian of the property of MICHAEL SHANE McNEILL and DINA MARLIES
McNEILL, Minors.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and that the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
