8. Any objectiona to the accouating, the comperwtion ~iitl ot p~o~ to be psid, or
the pmpa6ed diatribution oi asseta must be filed within 30 days trom the date of se~rvice hereof.
WHEREFORE~ petitioner requeats that, after aatisfactory prooi has been presented that
distribution haa been made in accordance with the achedule of diatribution and that claims of creditors
have been paid or otherwise diapoaed of, an order be entered diachuging Petitioner as peraonal
representative of thia estate and releasing the surety on any bond which Petitioner may have posted in
~ this proceeding fmm any further liability on it.
