FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION
OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for final hearing and the Court,
having heard the testimony and other evidence adduced by the
parties and having considered the evidence, Section 61.13, F1-
orida Statutes, F.S.A., the credibility of the witnesses ar~d
the best interests of the minor child, EARL MICHAEL MAYHEW, of
the parties hereto, and being otrerwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJL'DGED, as follows:
1. That the marriage between the parties hereto, be,
and it is hereby, dissolved, as being irretrievably broken, and
each of the parties hereto be, and is hereby, forever freed fro:n
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between said parties.
2. That the permanent care, custody and control of the
minor child of the parties, EARL MICHAEL MAYHEW, be, and it is
hereby~granted to the idife, DONNA FAYE 2~lAYHEW.
