4. That the Husband, MICAHEL EARL MAYHEW, be, and he is
hereby, ordered to pay to the Wife, DONNA FAYE MAYHEW, the sum of
forty dollars ($40.00) per week for the support of the minor child,
EARL MICNAEL MAYHEW, beginning on Monday, the 15th day of December,
1980, and continuing on Monday of each week thereafter until said
minor child shall have'reached the age of eighteen (18) years, shall
have married or shall have become fully self supporting; and that
the Husband, MICHAEL EARL MAYHEW, be, and he is hereby, ordered to
made each of said payments through the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to pay to said Clerk the statutory
fee, in addition to said payments for child support at the time
that each of said payments is made.
Payments shall be made in cash,
cashier's check or money order.
