THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the verified Petition For
Adoption and the Court having examined the Petiton and it appearing upon the
evidence that the child is suitable for adoption, that the best interests of
the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the Petitioners are
fit and proper person s to adopt the child, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~ ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) That the Petition For Adoption be, and is hereby ordered
qranted and that the child known as MELISSA SUE SAPP .
born on the 23rd day of March , 19 65 ~ at gpringfield, Ohio

and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioner in lawful
wedlock.
(2) The child is given the name of MELISSA SUE SAPP
by which name the child shall be known hereafter.
