FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the verified Petition For
Adoption and the Court having examined the Petiton and it appearing upo~ the

evidence that the child is suitable for adoption, that the best interests of
the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the Petitioner is a
fit and proper person to adopt the child, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) That the Petition For Adoption be, and is hereby ordered
granted and that the child known as KRISTINA MARIE CONGAWARE ,
born on the 26th day of October , 19 ~~ , at Stua=t, Florida
is the legal child of the Petitioner, ALTON DEAN MOSS
and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioner in lawful
wedlock.
(2) The child is given the name of KRISTINA MARIE MOSS
by which name the child shall be known hereafter.
