FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This ~ause coming on to be heard on the 1? day of ,
1980, upon the verified Petition for Adoption filed in this cause by
the Petitioners, ISSAC HENRY KNIGHT and LILLIE DALE RNIGHT, Husband and
Wife, and the Recommendation for and Consent to Adoption by the Depart-
ment of Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing to the .
Court ~n the evidence presented that the Petitioners a re fit and proper
persons to adopt the child, namely, TIFFANY RENEE KNIGHT , and that the
best interests of the child will be promoted by-the adoption, and.that
the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child is declared to be the
legal child of the Petitioners, and is hereby qiven the name of TIFFANY
RENEE RNIGHT, by which she shall hereafter be known; that said child,
upon the entry hereof, is and shall be hereafter the child and legal
heir of the Petitioners, ISSAC HENRY KNIGHT and LILLIE DALE RNIGHT, and
entitled to all rights and privileges and subject to obligations the
same as though she were a natural born child of the Petitioners.
