THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the plaintiffs' motion
to sell Lot 19, Block 559, Section 13, PORT ST. LUCIE, and upon
the arg•.unent of counsel and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiffs' motion to sell real
estate is denied. However, the plaintiffs shall be permitted
to sell the subject real estate for the sum of Seven Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) with a ten percent (10$) sales
commission in the event that a real estate broker is used in
the sale.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this 23rd day of December A.D., 1980.
