This cause coming on to be heard upon the motion to
dismiss the Complaint, filed herein by the Defendant, LAWRENCE
T. DRUM, the Court-having heard argument of counsel for the
respective parties and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the said motion to dismiss said Complaint be,
and it is hereby, granted.
2. That the Plaintiff, DAVID L. WALKER, be, and he is
hereby, granted a period of twenty (20) days from the date of
